Barner Center is open for public use for a rental fee. For citizens that live within USD 357, the charge is $20.00, without the use of the kitchen and $35 with the use of the kitchen. A separate check is required for the $100.00 key and cleaning deposit. This check is not cashed but is held until the key is returned to the City Office and the Barner Center confirms that nothing was broken and everything was cleaned properly.
