Capital Improvement Plan

The Belle Plaine City Council has established a Capital Improvement Plan, effectively creating a priority list for future spending. Accepting this plan does not mean the purchase or spending of an individual project has been approved or authorized by the Council.

Administration

  1. New carpet, blinds, and paint (interior and exterior) for office spaces. 2018

  2. Purchase software for customer Internet access to utility accounts. 2019

  3. Install second router for public WiFi/Council access. 2019

  4. Purchase tablets for Council meetings. 2019

  5. Construct new City Hall. 2023 

Community Center

  1. Bell installation, LED sign. 2018
