The Belle Plaine Community Center Fitness Room is open and available for paid members.

A complete list of policies and the application form for a Fitness Membership are attached at the bottom of this page. The form must be turned in at Belle Plaine City Hall, dues paid at that time, and key cards can be purchased at the same location.

Membership fees are due at the first of each month. After purchasing memberships at City Hall, members can pay their monthly fees at City Hall during regular business hours, through the drop box at City Hall after hours, and online through this website through the Online Bill Pay tab in the menu at left.

Single Membership - $15

Family Membership - $25

Student Membership - $10

Senior 55+ - $10.00

Key Card - $5.00 each (limit 2 cards per family)

Must be 18 or over to be in the room.

The Fitness Center is now open 24 hours a day.

Community Center Rental Agreement

The Rental Agreement for the Belle Plaine Community Center is attached at the bottom of this page for your convenience. The agreement must be presented at City Hall for approval.

Rental prices for the Belle Plaine Community Center are:

Small Meeting Room — occupancy limit 13

    • per hour — $5

Large Meeting Room — occupancy limit 30

    • per hour — $10

    • per ½ day (4 hours) — $30

    • per full day (4+ hours) — $50

    • deposit — $50 refundable up to 48 hours prior to event

Multi-Purpose Room & Kitchen — occupancy limit 197

    • per ½ day (4 hours) — $75

    • per full day (4+ hours) — $135

    • deposit — $100

Wedding/Entire Building (both meeting rooms, multi-purpose room & kitchen)

Saturday 8 am to Sunday 12 noon (or equivalent). Includes use of audio visual equipment

    • $500 — USD 357 resident

    • $750 — out of district

    • deposit — $250 refundable up to 30 days prior to event
