Services offered by the Belle Plaine Police Department

VIN Inspections   When applying for a Kansas title and tag, you are required to have a completed Vehicle Examination Certificate for any vehicle purchased out of state. Charge to complete the form is $20.00 and you must present your title, driver’s license and vehicle.  Salvage/Rebuilt vehicles must be inspected by the Kansas Highway Patrol. 

Fingerprinting   This service is offered to anyone needing to be fingerprinted.

Youth Gun Safety Classes   Officers are available to speak to your youth group

DARE program    This is program is offered each year to 5th graders attending Belle Plaine Middle School and Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grades at Belle Plaine Elementary School.

Bicycle Registration  Register your bicycle so that the Police Department has your owner information and bike description in the event it is lost or stolen.
